Training Division

Tomball Police department provides training consistent with the professional development of the police department and its employees, to prepare both sworn and non-sworn personnel to act decisively and correctly in a broad spectrum of situations, to enhance productivity and effectiveness, and to foster cooperation and unity of purpose. Further, the training program will be designed to ensure that the police department and the communities’ needs are addressed and that there is accountability for training provided.
